Mr. C's Menu was created by our team of chefs and exemplify old-school cuisine with a twist of the new-school tastes. The traditional Steak & Seafood menu has been developed to offer you and your guests the most succulent AAA Alberta Beef, Seafood selections as well as an appetizer selection to crave for.
All of our Steaks are prepared to your liking. We also feature Grilled Rack of Lamb, Indian Spiced Artisan Chicken Supreme, Veal Oscar and Veal Schnitzel. Our Seafood selections include Red Snapper, Quilted Salmon, Canadian Black Cod and Lobster.
We have two options for those looking for the complete meal. Our “Coug’s Dinner for 2” is incredibly popular. Includes your choice of any Soup or Salad – including our Caesar Salad prepared table-side – a Steak & Seafood Platter including Filet Mignon, Lobster, Jumbo Sea Scallops, Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab Legs and Cultured Mussels. Your meal is completed with your choice of any Dessert and Coffee or Tea.
Our other complete meal idea is the “Indulge Yourself” suited for the individual wanting to select their individual perfect combination of flavours chosen from Striploin, Provimi Veal, Indian Spiced Chicken Supreme, Red Snapper, Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp, Jumbo Sea Scallops, King Crab Legs and Fresh Lobster.
